About us

Eighteen-24 is a leading OOH media owner, with two decades of experience partnering with the UK’s universities and colleges. Our OOH network of advertising formats provides innovative and flexible ways for brands to connect with students.

Backed by Redbus Ventures, one of the largest investors in early stage companies in the UK, with expertise in data, digital transformation and consumer-focused digital businesses.

Access to the Redbus Ventures team gives us access to companies at the cutting edge of data analytics and machine learning and creates a path for partnerships with companies pushing the boundaries in technologies.

Eighteen-24 and Redbus Ventures both support theFFF.org, a philanthropic organisation which funds schools and public health programmes throughout Southeast Asia, including Laos, Cambodia and Nepal.

Our cohesive team is focused on providing excellent service to our clients and motivated by driving sales and hitting targets across the portfolio. We work collaboratively with all partners and foster equality and teamwork.

Eighteen-24 believes in a work-life balance, allowing occasional flexible working and a positive culture that embraces both a driven work ethic, together with lots of fun. We have bi-annual company summits and parties, and entertain clients in style at summer festivals such as Bestival, Latitude and Isle of Wight. 

Education is an essential tool in the fight to eradicate poverty. Through our contribution to the theFFF.org, we proudly help underprivileged children in SE Asia have access to a world-class education and a safe place to learn.

How we work

Eighteen-24 is lucky enough to be headquartered in Percy Street, the heart of Fitzrovia, the buzzing central ‘hood, home to new media, advertising and architectural companies. 

Our office is a beautiful Georgian townhouse, complete with gym, shower facilities and stylish meeting rooms. Charlotte Street is on our doorstep, lined with lively bistros and cafes and old-school pubs. 

If you joined our team, you could either be based in our London office, hybrid or remote working. We value our team culture and encourage the team to come together as often as possible.

The Team

David Lambert - Deputy Chairman

David has over 25 years media agency and OOH sales experience, having worked across Dentsu and Omnicom media agencies, managing a variety of FMCG brands and as Sales Director at JC Decaux UK, responsible for the entire OOH portfolio including Tesco and Waitrose retail divisions.

David was an integral member of the JC Decaux digital transformation team. David spends his weekend with his family and coaching cricket and rugby.

Helen Markham - Head of Retail

Helen has 20+ years of media experience, retail relationship and estate management. Helen is responsible for the overall success of the Eighteen-24 network, which includes strong connections with grocers, OOH specialists and agencies.

Helen has previously held posts at Clear Channel, Global and DCM. and in her spare time Can be seen walking her cockapoo or booking her next holiday!

Luke Berry - Account Director

With a background in tech, Luke proceeded to gain a decade of experience in the media industry, working across the OOH and Influencer spaces. Luke is responsible for driving sales across all of the key Eighteen-24 networks and securing key relationships with OOH specialists and media agencies across the UK. 

Luke is a keen sportsman having represented the Home Counties in Football and Cricket.

Kirstine Newton - Head of Marketing

Kirstine has over 25 years media agency experience, crafting her trade across WPP, Omnicom, Publicis and Runway agencies, across all media disciplines. Key posts have included Head of Luxury at ZenithOptimedia and Deputy Head of Retail at MGOMD, leading the Waitrose account. 

Kirstine’s entrepreneurial flair has led to startup experience as co-founder of CHX Distillers (Gin) and Gladius (SportsTech).

Jamie Voss - Director of Business Development and Partnerships

Jamie joined Eighteen-24 in 2010 and provides expertise in location optimisation, DOOH screens, plus the management of contracts and relationships with educational institutions and landlords.

Jamie previously worked in the film and television industry, for Fox, BBC, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO and others. Jamie is a movie buff, tech-lover, gamer, nerd, aspiring chef and average pianist!

Matt Burgess - Chief Technology Officer

Matt joined Eighteen-24 in 2013 and is responsible for maintaining all systems on-site and remotely. Matt oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of all Eighteen-24 tech systems and processes, including troubleshooting potential issues. In previous posts, Matt has worked for various IT companies in both the media and sports sectors as a senior business and technology consultant.

Matt is an acclaimed musician, having spent decades as a bass guitarist in various rock bands.

Hugo Silva - Marketing & Sales Executive

With degrees in Translation Studies from the University of Westminster, and a fluency in both French and Portuguese, Hugo has joined the Eighteen-24 team as a Marketing & Sales Executive.

Rosie Kelsall

Rosie Kelsall - Marketing & Sales Executive

Rosie graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in History & Politics, and followed into Public Relations, before joining the Eighteen-24 team as a Marketing & Sales Executive.

Anka Rado - Head of Finance

Anka has 15+ years experience in finance, and is the Eighteen-24 lead accountant, overseeing accounting for all activities which impact our decision making, forecasting, and budgeting.

Charlotte Bettell - Finance Manager

Charlotte has 12+ years in Finance and is responsible for  the maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers, revenue share statements, balance sheet accounts, preparation of month end journals, budgeting and forecasting. Charlotte leads the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presents findings to the board.

In her spare time, Charlotte’s hands are full spending time with her family and two young children.

Lara Hassard - Sales and Marketing Executive

With retail experience and a recent bachelor’s degree from the University of York, Lara has joined Eighteen-24 as a Sales & Marketing Executive.
